Participation

  • Anyone in the age group 14 to 90 years may participate.
  • Cover is available to immediate family members, including legally adopted children.
  • Extended family members, eg parents or parents-in-law etc, can be included at an additional premium.
  • Persons who are not legally married but living together as a family, can enjoy family benefits, provided all relevant information is declared on the application form.
  • No restriction is placed on the size of a family.

Premiums

Premiums are payable monthly in advance.

Claims

Valid claims are settled within 24 hours.

This product offers term cover and is ideal for organizations, corporates (eg in the agricultural / manufacturing / industrial and construction sectors), unions, clubs etc.

This scheme was designed with the following objectives

  • Affordable premiums
  • Tax relief if the premium paid by the employer is regarded as a benefit
  • Readily available cash for the immediate family / employee without having to approach the employer for a loan.
  • Complete peace of mind for participating members

Participation

  • All permanent staff members may participate (age group 14 to 66 or to 71 years, depending on retirement age)
  • Cover is available to employees and their immediate family members, including legally adopted children.
  • Persons who are not legally married but living together as a family, can enjoy family benefits, provided all relevant information is declared on the application form.

Premiums are payable monthly in advance.

  • This funeral scheme provides lifelong cover for the main member and immediate family members, including legally adopted children.
  • Members who are not legally married but living together as a family, can enjoy family benefits, provided all relevant information is declared on the application form. Anyone in the age group 14 to 74 ( individual life - 85 ) may participate.

Premiums

Premiums are payable monthly in advance.

SINGLE PREMIUM CREDIT LIFE COVER

Introduction

This product was developed micro lenders and retailers,(eg furniture stores) where loan does not exceed R10 000.

Product Features

This product is a single premium term insurance policy and offers enterprises peace of mind because the hire purchase or loan amount is paid in full in the event of death, without the tedious process of claiming against the estate of the deceased / debtor. In each case the policy is ceded to the enterprise and in the event of death, they claim from KGA LIFE LIMITED.

Participation

  • Participation is optional and is available to clients in the age group 14 to 74 years and to whom a hire purchase or loan was granted.
  • Cover is on the life of the debtor only and does not include spouses, children or additional family.

INDIVIDUAL FUNERAL COVER

Product Features

The aim is to provide a sophisticated and up market product for individuals and families in the formal sector as well as for smaller groups in the informal sector .

Participation

  • Government officials and company employees in the age group 14 to 85 years.
  • Extended Family members - includes family members related directly to the main member.

Premiums

Premiums are payable monthly in advance by government stop order or stop order payments with private companies.

Claims

Valid Claims are settled within 24 hours.
